Welcome to Intelligent Training Solutions, and thank you for enrolling in our Assisting Clients with Medication course.<\/span><\/p>\n

This document is large and contains valuable information. Therefore, please take the time to read this document carefully and in full! We understand nobody likes to read a lengthy document; however, the information contained within is essential and a direct result of the most common questions we receive with an enrolment of this kind; therefore, we ask for your patience.<\/span><\/p>\n

LEARNER PORTAL ACCESS<\/h3>\n

Our learner portal works best when used on a computer or laptop and requires internet access. Therefore, we do not recommend you attempt to complete your online training session using a tablet or mobile device. Our systems are not designed to display correctly on small screens!\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n

To use our learner portal, you will need the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Access to the internet \u2013 Minimum 3G network.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Access to a computer or laptop \u2013 Minimum Windows 7 or above.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. A current and up-to-date web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Access to your email account. It is not recommended to use a shared email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

    REGISTERING FOR ACCESS TO YOUR TRAINING SESSION<\/h3>\n

    To register on our Learner Portal, follow the steps below. Registration should take no more than 10 minutes, but the speed of your email service determines the time. Please check your spam or junk folders if you haven’t received our email.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. NAVIGATE TO OUR LEARNER PORTAL. VISIT:<\/strong> https:\/\/lms.its.edu.au\/moodle\/login\/index.php<\/a><\/span>
      Start by clicking the web link above to access our Learner Portal. If the blue link does not work, you may need to cut and paste it into your web browser.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. LOGIN or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you have previously been our student<\/em><\/strong>, log in using your existing login credentials. If you need help remembering your login credentials, please use the forgotten your username or password<\/a> link.<\/span><\/p>\n

      NEW STUDENT TO I.T.S?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

      If you have not<\/u><\/strong> been a student with Intelligent Training Solutions before, you must create an account to access our Learner Portal. You can do this by clicking the red CREATE NEW ACCOUNT button and following the screen instructions<\/u><\/em>. See the picture below.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. FINDING YOUR COURSE ON THE LEARNER PORTAL:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Once you have created your account, you must enrol in the 2025 – Assisting Clients with Medication<\/u><\/em> course to access the online training session. To do this, follow the instructions below:<\/span><\/p>\n

        OPTION 1 | QUICK ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

        To be directed to your course, click (or copy) the following URL: https:\/\/lms.its.edu.au\/moodle\/enrol\/index.php?id=1148<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        When the web page opens, enter the ENROLMENT KEY:<\/strong> Austin2025*<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

        OPTION 2 |<\/strong> Find Your Course Manually by following these instructions:<\/span><\/h4>\n

        If, for any reason, Option 1 does not work for you (for example, you are unable to click on the link or cut and paste the link into your browser, follow the instructions below to gain access to your course.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Click the following Link: https:\/\/lms.its.edu.au\/moodle\/course\/index.php<\/a>. This will take you to our Learner Portal, where you can view all the available courses.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Using the Search Courses field, type in ‘Assisting Clients with Medication’, then press the Enter key on your keyboard.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Click on the course titled ‘2025 – Assisting Clients with Medication – Release 1’.<\/span>\"\" <\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. After finding and clicking on your course, you will be prompted to enter an enrolment key. This\u00a0enrollment key is case-sensitive and\u00a0must<\/strong> be entered as shown in red text below<\/span><\/span>.
          \n

          Enter the ENROLMENT KEY:<\/strong> Austin2025*<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Once these steps are complete, the Learner Portal will navigate you to your course, and you are ready to start!<\/span><\/p>\n

          The course will require you to read a presentation OR<\/strong> watch the trainer presentation on Youtube, then complete a short quiz. Once you have completed the quiz, the learner portal will issue you with a Verification of Competence Certificate sent as a PDF document directly to your email address.<\/span><\/p>\n
