Intelligent Training Solutions is committed to providing a fair, safe and productive environment. Students can use this form to submit a complaint regarding our services, staff, or contractors.

Members of the public can use this form to submit a complaint.

Your complaint will be dealt with in a transparent, consistent and timely manner. Your submission will be handled confidentially, with sensitivity and with respect to all parties involved.

To best assist the College to adequately address your concerns or to take your appeal under consideration, it is important that you provide as much detail as possible when completing this form.

The I.T.S administration team (Student Advocacy) can assist students with the complaints and appeals processes.

If you have experienced or witnessed an incident involving sexual harm or have a concern regarding sexual safety, please contact the Executive Management Team for further advice.

This is not an emergency portal and is not monitored 24/7. If you are in immediate danger or feel very unsafe, please contact the police on 000.
