Refund disbursements for both accredited and non-accredited courses adhere to the stipulations laid out in your enrolment agreement with Intelligent Training Solutions. Please note that all refunds, including adjustments for overpayments, are processed once a month on a Wednesday, barring public holidays. Following receipt of your completed refund application form, our finance department will ensure that the refund is executed within a 30 working-day timeframe.
