Look Out for Your Welcome Email!

Soon, you’ll get an email from us detailing how to access your Online Personal Study Component. Completing this online personal study component is essential before your in-person session. This email will contain your username and password for the Learner Portal.

PLEASE NOTE: Welcome emails are manually sent Monday through Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm. Depending on the time of day you enrolled, you may need to wait up to 48 hours for your Welcome Email to arrive. ALSO, don’t forget to peek into your SPAM and JUNK folders – it often lands there.
